1 - FCC required charges and surcharges will apply to these base rates as Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) and Non-Recurring Charges (NRC). All normal "other" charges will apply (e.g. SOC, TC, CAC). Rates listed do not include end user port charge, which is applicable per span.
2 - Termination charges will apply if service is not retained for 24 months. Existing non-Tex-an term customers can convert to the new rate but must keep the existing term or the 24 month term, whichever is the longest. Customers on an existing Tex-an 24 Month term with 24 months or less remaining may convert to the new rates (effective 8/22/05) but must commit to a new 24 month term. Termination charges will apply per tariff (Texas General Exchange Tariff, Section 49, Sheet 4, Paragraph 3.3.7).
