PIC/LPIC Flow Chart
The PIC/LPIC Flow Chart below has been
developed to assist AT&T Texas Account Teams in processing
customer requests for new or additional lines with Tex-an 2000
as the Long Distance choice for 1+ service. To ensure
correct billing and an accurate Switched Database, AT&T Account
Teams should follow the process below whenever any
changes in service are made. This includes adding new
lines, adding additional lines to an established BTN,
disconnecting lines, moving service, and changing BTNs.
It is also the responsibility of the Agency to
notify DIR of any changes or disconnects to ensure correct
billing.
Account Teams should complete the PIC Request
Form found in the Tex-an 2000 Reference Guide and email the form
to
txn2000@att.com.
