Managed Services for Information Technology

AT&T is a leader in the information technology marketplace. As voice, video, and data communications converge, we are uniquely positioned to assist our customers in the management of this convergence. AT&T Managed Services fulfill that role superbly. Texas customers utilizing this contract will find support and service from experts in all aspects of managed care. AT&T provides options to ownership of equipment. We can manage customer owned equipment or AT&T can own and maintain the equipment so that State Agencies can re-appropriate precious capital dollars.

In order to meet the unique needs of State Agencies and Political Subdivisions, AT&T will combine the appropriate products and deliver Individual Case Basis (ICB) pricing to completely satisfy all requirements.

Service Offerings

Services available under this Contract are limited to the designated telecommunications managed services as specified below. The designated services are offered only as components of comprehensive suites of telecommunications managed services. One or more of the designated service offerings (i) may require contracting for service components of a comprehensive suite of telecommunications managed services or (ii) may be unavailable as service components, at the discretion of the Vendor.

  • Help/Support Desk Services
  • Training
C. Management Services
  • Hosted Solutions - System Design and Implementation Operations
  • Requirements Development
  • Project management
  • Integration Services
  • Network Readiness Assessment
  • SLA’s and Performance Metrics
  • Reporting
  • Transition and Termination Services

D. Excluded Service Offerings - Any access services included in DIR TEX-AN or Go DIRect Contracts

  • Transport other than the TEX-AN 2000 or MPLS Network
  • Long Distance Services
  • Internet Services

Pricing

A. Managed Service Delivery Price (MSDP)
MSDP is the sales price calculated utilizing the price model developed by Vendor for this Contract.

B. Customer Discount
The minimum Customer discount for all services will be the percentage off MSDP as specified below.

Services Customer Discount
Technology Services:
24.25% - 49.25%
Support Services:
24.25% - 49.25%
Management Services:
24.25% - 49.25%

C. Customer Price
The price to the Customer shall be calculated as follows:

Customer Price = MSDP – Customer Discount

The above formula is applicable for each individual service offering designated above except when a Vendor published or promotional rate is utilized, in which case no Customer Discount will be applied.
