Notes:

Installation charges associated with these services are waived, based on twelve months of service. AT&T Texas is authorized to charge a pro rata installation charge in the event a customer does not keep an ordered service for at least twelve months.

These prices assume AT&T Texas facilities exist and no special construction will be required. If special construction is required and it results in a higher rate for that specific service, the DIR will have the option to accept the new rate or withdraw the request for that specific service.

This service provides a 45 Mbps dedicated circuit between two locations in the same area. The circuit can be multiplexed to a higher-speed circuit or with lower-speed circuits through the NRS (Network Reconfiguration Service) option.
