Direct Inward Dialing (DID) - Trunks let your customers dial your extension and connect directly to you, skipping the PBX receptionist completely. DID numbers can be obtained in blocks of 100, 1,000 and 10,000 numbers.

NOTE: All services are month to month, with no installation charge (see exceptions for DID number blocks and Plexar). Qualified customers with existing Term Agreements may take advantage of TEX-AN 2000 rates, but must retain service until original term agreement period is completed. All normal “other” charges will apply (e.g. EUCL, Touch-tone, Service Order, Trip Charges, CAC, etc.). For rate elements not found in this pricing sheet, use existing tariff rates. All current tariff rules and regulations apply.
